Waiting for the Tide

Sitting on a narrow spit of land surrounded by the sea, the city and port of Cadiz in southwestern Spain, is the most ancient city still standing in Western Europe. The ancient charm of various architectural styles, the narrow winding alleys connecting large plazas and the remnants of the city walls, were all photographic treasures. Don't you just hate it when you run out of time?

  1. I have to say, this is my favorite image so far! It’s just stunning, I love the use of color here it’s really perfect. You’ve really created a special scene. The way you’ve handled the little city in the background with the boat in the fore, I just love it.
