Colorado Dreamin’

Happy New Year!  I hope that you are looking forward to 2019; I know that I am!

This is going to be my last blog post.  I am so grateful to all who have followed me, liked and commented on my images, throughout the years.   I will continue to share my travel photography on Instagram –     I hope to see you there.

I love the words of Helen Keller: “life is either a daring adventure or it is nothing.”  I know that adventure awaits, even if it’s in my own back yard.

Rocky Mountains – Colorado
St. Elmo, one of Colorado’s most preserved ghost towns, feels and looks like its in miniature. I was bombarded with details, texture, light and history; everything a photographer craves.
Not sure why two adjacent walls required so many doors. Perhaps it will remain a mysterious secret, kept by history and this home’s clientele!

A little bit of Rocky Mountain heaven. You can breathe out here!

Aspen Trees

The rustling leaves of the quaking aspen tree, is a sound that you will happily, never forget.

You Must Have Been A Beautiful Baby

Although Frisco, Colorado is best known for its proximity to four major ski resorts, its draw for me, is its laid back lifestyle and its wholesome Rocky Mountain aura. I'm just a country girl at heart.
